We are committed to excellence in Dentistry.
We strive to achieve the optimum level of health, aesthetics and function for your mouth. It is our aim to restore damaged dentitions, offer full mouth reconstruction, and to help you maintain your mouth in the best possible condition.
Our focus is on you.
Our practice is based on:
In any technical procedure, demands are made on the dentist, patient and technologist to produce a prosthesis that not only looks good, but fits well and is functional. In order to do this, our office includes an in-house laboratory with a resident Registered Dental Technologist to perform procedures involving metal work, porcelain, acrylics (dentures), etc. In doing this we are able to ensure ideal dentist/technologist communication and we can produce the best possible prostheses. By having laboratory facilities on-site, repairs to prostheses can be accomplished quickly with minimal discomfort to our patients.
Our treatment plans take into account both the ideal dental treatment as well as the needs and wants of our patients. Dr. Barzilay and our team strive to produce the best possible results.
Solution: A combination of single porcelain crowns and bridges
Mrs. H was concerned about the space developing between her front teeth and was dissatisfied with the aesthetics of the crowns in her mouth. Her original crowns were placed 20 years previously and with clinical signs of failure that warranted replacement.
Solution: Implant supported fixed teeth
Ms. B had struggled for some time trying to adapt to removable dentures. She wanted to have teeth that did not need to be removed from her mouth at night. Dental implants were placed using a guided surgical technique to retain fixed teeth.
Solution: Implants, tooth whitening and crowns.
A 55 year old male patient was missing his canine teeth and the bridges that replaced them kept falling off. He wanted an improvement in comfort and smile. Two implants were placed and after whitening, the implants were restored with porcelain crowns.
The patient is now very happy to smile for everyone.
Solution: Fixed implant bridges
47 year old female patient had worn dentures for a long time and wanted her own teeth and smile back. After careful assessment, bone grafting and implants were placed in both upper and lower jaws and teeth delivered the same day (lower jaw).
The patient now has full fixed bridges in both upper and lower jaws that feel like her own teeth.
Solution: All-ceramic crowns
25 year old female patient was concerned about her front teeth chipping and losing enamel. In recent years this had gotten worse and regular bonded fillings were not staying in place anymore.
After full diagnostics, the lower teeth were whitened and crowns were placed on some of the upper teeth.. The patient smiles all the time now (showing off her new teeth).
The patient now has full fixed bridges in both upper and lower jaws that feel like her own teeth.
Solution: Tooth whitening and porcelain veneers
40 year old male patient felt that his teeth were not visible enough when he smiled. Full assessment suggested that orthodontics would be useful but he chose to undergo smile enhancement with porcelain veneers.
After whitening, veneers were placed on the upper teeth which made them more prominent and visible. The patient felt that this improved his self confidence when he smiled.

Solution: All ceramic crowns and all ceramic bridges
Mrs. S was very self conscious about her smile. She did not like the large gaps between her teeth, the color of her teeth and the old silver fillings in the back of her mouth.
She consulted with numerous doctors who suggested braces and gum surgery. She was not interested in having braces and sought another opinion at Prosthodontic Associates.
A comprehensive evaluation and assessment of her smile was conducted and several treatment options were provided. Mrs. S decided not to have braces, and rather had four All ceramic crowns and two all ceramic bridges. She was thrilled with the outcome!
