Dr. Mahmood Abu Ruja

 

DDS, M.Sc., PhD, M.Sc.(Prostho), FRCD(C)

Dr. Mahmood Abu Ruja is a clinician-scientist in the field of Prosthodontics, with over 10 years of experience as a clinician and a lecturer in Prosthodontics. He received his dental degree from The University of Jordan in 2006. He completed his MSc in Prosthodontics and Ph.D. in Dental materials at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto.

Dr. Abu Ruja's research explored topics related to dental materials, Zirconia bonding and surface treatment, and complications of dental implants. He received many national and international awards for his research. Dr. Abu Ruja is currently an instructor in Prosthodontics at the University of Toronto and maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics.

He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends.
